How much time do you spend online?

How often do you find your time wasted in research?

How tired are you by the end of the day?

Most people are looking for a solid system on how to make money, but rarely do you find helpful suggestions on how to stay on track. Think about it. How many days go by and you have hardly accomplished half of the work you had intended to get done?

How easy is it for you to get wrapped up in reading newsletter or emails etc…?

What about your physical status? Are you tense? Does your body ache from sitting too long at your PC?

Today when I was out on my morning walk I started to think about how important these walks are to me. Almost without fail I will walk along the river trail for about 1.5 hours. I take about 15 minutes to sit and enjoy the river flowing along. Sometimes during the salmon season I get to watch the salmon jumping full body out of the water.

I’ve seen bob cats, bald eagles, little bunnies and a wide variety of birds on this trial. During the winter months the sunrises are outstanding and it is simply the best way to get my day going.

Many hours of each day I can be sitting in my favorite chair working online. It is very important for me to get my body exercise.  You would be surprized at how much walking can benefit your online business.

Your mind and body both need time to rest from your computer world. My walks help me think about what I want to do that day. Where I want my business to be going. Where I’ve made mistakes and how I’m going to fix them.

Not to mention the overall health my body is able to obtain from this daily walk I take. I’m a little bit obsessed with this walking thing but it is very healthy for me to be outside as much as I can spare.

If you have the ability to walk outside and get some fresh air – do it! Take the time to walk everyday if at all possible. Where do you find the time? Do you watch TV? Well, there ya go. Take time from watching TV. Walking is far better for your mind and body then watching that TV.

Those of us who have to site most of the day NEED to think about exercise. In the winter, I walk two times a day. It’s too hot here in Redding to do it any later than 7:00 am so I have to wait until Sept. to increase my walks to two times per day.

On your walks you can think of your daily, weekly, and long term goals. Often times I will record my thoughts in my cell phone so I don’t forget what I wanted to do by the time I get home.

Remember, making money online is all up to YOU. YOU must make sure you take care of your mind and your body so you can run this race to the profiting finish line! It’s up to you – now get outside and get some exercise!

This post is about “finding a new niche“… Today I purchased something and had to go into my spambox to fish out the email from my order. While I was looking for it I spotted this spam email ad for a brain product. So, I thought… hm… I wonder if there is any money in that niche?

I then took a trip on over to Google’s Adwords to see what people are interested in regarding the brain and found quite a nice assortment of keyword phrases.  Brain vitamin was one that actually has a .org domain name still available. I didn’t buy it… I already have too many to work with and I don’t have time to do too much more research but I wanted to walk you through the process of finding a profitable niche.

Okay, so “brain vitamin” has 18,000 searches per month and $1.87 is the top cost in Adsense. I then went to Commission Junction and looked to see what was there for any type of Brain Affiliate programs and found about 6. One of them offered 10% on some of their programs that cost $300-$400.00. Not a bad commission. I also checked out Amazon and there are plenty of brain vitamins in there to promote as well.

The competition for this keyword phrase is 62,000 in quotes.

The next thing I did was I checked to see if people are interested in brain improvements and went to 43things.com. Turns out people are looking to improve their memory quite a bit so…

Looks like this is a nice niche to dig into. Good amount of searches and there are some good keyword phrases with low competition.

Recently I’ve been working on a new profit plan. It is like AutoCashContent but slightly different in how you set it up. In fact it’s faster. I don’t want to spill the beans just yet. I want to finish building my website I have selected for it first. But I’m very happy with the video training and various other goodies that are included. The best thing is it’s a one time payment which is always nice.

There are so many ways to make money online that it really can become rather exhausting just thinking about it. Personally, I want to find a way to do it that does not require hours and hours of work. ACC is good because you can build your site and set it and forget it. But… it takes about 8 hours (if you’re new and don’t clone) to set up a site.

This new program takes less than 30 minutes if you pay someone to write three articles for you. I am actually making it harder as I’m setting up a newsletter to go with it. I like the subject so I guess I’m doing more than I have to.

Anyway, I wanted to share with you how I look into a niche idea. This time it came from a title in my spambox, but hey, discovering a new niche is really just about keeping your mind open to new ideas.

Yesterday I found this pretty nice bit of information. The more research I did the more I realized it would be something I could monetize. The problem was … I really had no idea how to do that.

People are so skeptical today, and they really should be. Imagine getting a phone call from someone saying, “Hi, my name is Joe and I found $7,000 of unclaimed money in your name.”

Of course that approach would probably not work. Too bad because if there was a way I could get a percentage of the unclaimed funds I’d start making phone calls. Lots of money out there just sitting and collecting dust.

I finally decided to share the information with people via video in order to encourage them to join the newsletter on the blog that contains financial resources.

There are several ways this video is going to help me.

1. It will drive traffic to my site directly from Youtube, Metacafe etc…

2. It will encourage people to join my newsletter by building trust in what I have to say because I just shared with them one pretty awesome tip.

3. Other people will place my video on their blogs and I’ll get more traffic.

The more traffic I get, the more Adsense I’ll earn, plus I have several affiliate programs and CPA offers I’m testing out.

What’s the point?

When you find something valuable, don’t be afraid to share it with people freely. This is what the wealthy affiliates are doing when they launch their new products. They share some really great tips for free and give you more if you join their newsletter.

Then they continue to give you more free tips in order to entice you to buy their product. This works very well.

If you’re wondering about unclaimed money that may be in your name, just go to Google and type in the keyword search term ,unclaimed money plus your state. It’s as easy as that. Some states have a really poor database and you won’t be able to look up that information online. However, there are plenty of stats where you can find this information quite easily.

In just 15 minutes I found over $10,000 of unclaimed money, including death benefits from what I think is from my grandmother that passed away years ago. It’s amazing how much money is unclaimed. I saw quite a few people in just one list that included my maiden name with over $5,000 in their name unclaimed.

I’m pretty sure people are going to enjoy that video and tell others about it. I’m hoping it goes viral. Maybe it won’t, but there are places that charge $39.00 for the information I just put on a video for free.

I have to get my newsletter for this blog up and running before I can upload the video. I’ll let you know how well the video does and if it helps my overall traffic and profits on that site.
