Keyword Luv Comment Luv and Do Follow Blog

Are you looking for some “LUV”? Well, here on my site you can get plenty of Keyword Luv, comment luv and do follow blog postings. Well, this site has allows Comment Luv, Top Commenters, Keyword Luv and Do Follow posting.

(Please post a comment on some other article besides this one)

Before I go on blabbing about this and that and the then and now, here’s my rules for allowing some outbound linking.

Please comment on one of my articles or posts and not on my KeywordLuv section here.  I don’t want this site to become a commentluv site. ;)

Quality comments – “nice article dude”, “Love your site”, “cool looking images”, bla bla bla, just doesn’t cut the mustard. So, if you want your comment to show up, you’ve got to pay attention to the article and comment on it. Something relevant and uplifting.

Stay on topic to get into the keyword luv linking groove. All non-related, off topic, posts just for the sake of obtaining a backlink without any quality content – these will all be deleted quickly.

No spam or flaming permitted. If you want to read gossip and get all fired up, take a look into the news and those blogs. OMGoodness those peeps are quite off their rock’n chairs.

Now for the that was then and this is now -

Up until pretty recently people have been feeling a little blue about commenting on other blogs due to a nervous attitude over having too many outbound links.

Well, things have changed and it’s now “OK” to have lots of great relevant content including good outbound links. This is why the nice little programs like Keyword Luv and Comment Luv became developed.

There are a few other programs like Top Commenter’s and hm… lets see… isn’t there one more? Oh yes, Do Follow. Each of these types of add-on scripts gets the linking job done a little differently, but the end result is the same.

I get nice feedback and good comments that add good content for my readers, and you get a nice outbound link to your quality sites. Sound like a good deal?

Well, let’s give it a whirl shall we?

You may be wondering what ever happened to the no-follow linking strategies? No-follow linking is still a good idea. The times when you will want to use the no-follow linking is when you do not want the search engines to list the link.

When might that be? Well, for instance, perhaps you have a page you are not wanting everyone on the planet to see it. This is one way to do it. However, you should be warned that the search engines do not always take note of this request and those little spider-listing bots will list it anyway.

So, it’s best to protect any content you want to keep private with some type of password.

Please DO comment and send me some good quality feedback and I’ll be happy to allow your comment to stick around and give you some good outbound link’n luv.

It is a great plug-in. I hope to get Netwoozy growing faster by adding more really great SEO tips and other Internet savvy goodies soon. This is where the comments should come in handy. Quality content should deliver some good comments and discussions.

There is evidently a great deal to know about this. I love this plugin I use it in all my blogs

You’re welcome, and yet… this is actually an example of a sad little post that looks a lot like spam.

    Thanks for this great post!

  • This is a great plug-in that rewards your readers for contributing to your site. It will also bring increased traffic to your site as well.

  • Ah!!! at last I found what I was looking for. Somtimes it takes so much effort to find even tiny useful piece of information.
    Nice post. Thanks

Today’s Internet is all about interaction and commenting encourages this. As long as there is a healthy interaction, both parties can benefit. Thanks for your thoughts Jeremy. :)

Many people think that commenting and getting a link back is nothing but spamming. I think that commenting and getting a link back is a fair deal which helps creating more content and increasing the value of the site. However, it’s true that some people leave comments with no value and abuse the commenting. As long as post have sense and are related to what the text is about, commenting is a great way to share thoughts and create content.

Well, it is something we all learn. Many people have an attitude that is very selfish and they think spamming will help them get rich quick, which it does not. Google and other search engines have updated and upgraded to weed out spammers and as time goes on, it just doesn’t pay to be selfish anymore.

Right now I have 49 spam comments sitting in my spam box. I don’t even look in it, I let it delete automatically. So, it is a waste of their time, or their money they spend on the robots that spam comments.

  • I just learned about commentluv a few days ago. I am fairly new to blog commenting. Have not made very many comments to very many blogs but after reading about how to make proper comments I am sorry to say that I may have been a spammer. I wrote similar posts to the one that you let go as an “example”. Will try and do a better job from now on.

Yes, things have changed online and now it’s better to share. What I’d like is for people to look around and comment on other articles within my blog. I’ll be posting some good quality content soon. I’ve been in the middle of training my staff on other things so I’ve not had the time to write, but I should be up to speed soon. Thanks for your comment. :)

    Smuigal,

I too was a bit worried about the outbound links and how that would affect rankings. I have found on other blogs I run that after adding comment and keyword luv that as long as the posts are semi relevant to the content it seems that I am steadily moving up in rankings which I can only attribute to increased activity on these blogs.

  • I think Dofollow is a great way to get backlinks to your website.
Many people abuse this system, and so you need to moderate your blog if you make it dofollw, but making it dofollow may also get you a lot of incoming links from other websites that link to dofollow blogs.

    Hi Scott,

I didn’t know I was the top commenter – woot! Lol… It is automatic at this point. I have it set to change every week I think. So, the top commenter will be the top 5 comments or whatever it is you set it to be. Right now I’m actually in the middle of changing my blog theme so I may change things up a bit.

You should also try adding commentluv. There is a new search engine that includes all blogs that have commentluv. Makes it very easy to search for blogs on your topic.

  • Scott says:

Interesting. I just looked up Keywordluv and never knew to use the @ symbol in the name field when commenting. I will look into adding the same. Top commenter also looks good. I like how you’re listed as a top commenter on your own blog.

  • smuigal says:

Yep, I looked at her site and it looked fine to me too. It is hard to find places to comment on and I’d like to see people gain some good links, but I also wanted to make sure if I allowed the comment, that others wouldn’t think it was ok to do the same.

  • Greg from John Lennon T Shirt says:

It is interesting that you let that comment from Intan come through as an example. They are the sort of comments that I would always delete, but I too would have published it.

She is probably making the best effort she can with her knowledge of the English language. I am sure if she was commenting on a blog in her native language of Indonesian, her comment would be of a much higher standard. Her site looks very professional.

  • Comment Luv and Keyword Luv is one of the best feature ive seen so far…It really gives the commenters what they deserve…Really appreciate the contribution from the author…Its very useful and a great blog…

    Thanks

  • smuigal says:

I’m letting this comment come through as an “EXAMPLE” of what not to do. Let’s help each other out. It’s a two way street, yes? Of course it is. :) Her picture was too cute for me to delete.
