Privacy
Privacy statements – what a pain. However, it’s something that Google wants us to include and well, it isn’t a bad idea to let you know what we do with the information we collect from our blogs.
As for me? I use Google Analytics to track my visitors. I want to know where you’ve come from so I can figure out how good of a job I’ve been doing in my search engine optimization tasks.
All Hosting companies usually provide some type of tracking too. I don’t bother looking at these stats as they are pretty sad and worthless in my book. I like Googles tracking script for now.
There is no spytypeware or any odd scripts on my blog. Pretty much everything is what you see is what you get.
If you email me, I don’t share your information or sell your email to any third party. However, you should be aware that TONS of sites do.
How do you protect your email? By getting a program like Spamarrest. I have well over 100 spam emails per day. They are automatically deleted. Very rarely does a spammer get through. And I can’t quite figure out why they bother me because I clearly state in my automated email that I will report them, of which I do. EVERYTIME.
So, there you have it. That’s my privacy statement all wrapped up in a page of bla bla blas.
