How Can You Make Money Online?

Learn the Dirty Secret

What is it?

The secret is that making money online can be VERY easy. It’s true. I know that sounds like a Good Secret, but it’s a well known fact that most people give up making money online due to some pretty common reasons.

1. They are overwhelmed with new ideas and product promotions.

2. They cannot focus on one idea because they do not have enough confidence in any one thing.

3. The reason why people lack confidence in what they learn is because they get lost in learning too many different things.

This may seem very simple to you, but it has kept me from making money for a very long time. Last year I broke this cycle and that is when I finally started making money online.

I started with Mark Lings Affiloblueprint. I stuck with that program all the way to the end. I created my first website using Marks blueprint, and that site is still earning about $500.00 per month. I created this first site in May of last year.

Next, I started to focus a little bit on article marketing. That also was successful for me and I am earning a few hundred dollars a month on two websites that I put very little effort into. All I did was write a few articles and submit them to ONE article directory.

I spent $20.00 and I’ve already earned over $200.00 from that $20.00 I spent. That is a pretty good ROI isn’t it?

What has made the difference for me is that I no longer allow myself to get distracted. If I am testing a new method I stick with it long enough to see if it will work.

Marks AffiloBlueprint will really only work well for perhaps 50% of the people who follow through with his methods. The main reason I say this is because it takes a great deal of patience to follow through with AffiloBlueprint. I spent 5 weeks building wowhacked.com. My first sale was very encouraging, but after working as hard as I did building that site I decided I really didn’t want to have to work that hard to do it over and over again.

The problem is that some of the sites you build will fail. I didn’t want to put a month of work into a project that would fail. I don’t mind spending a few hours on a project that fails, but not an entire month.

Mark actually did something rather unqiue to help people get that Affiloblueprint without all the work. He has developed 10 websites using the 5 steps to a $10,000 per month income. Each website comes with all 5 steps, including 85 prewritten autoresponder emails you can use in your newsletter that you set up for each website.

I really like Mark Ling and I believe in his system. After all it worked well for my first website that I built using his system. However, I still think it is a bit too limited for some people. I also think that you will need to have some special SEO skills to rank your sites well.

Today more than ever before people are looking to the Internet to help them earn money. Most people fail.

Not only do they fail, but they spend a lot of their hard earned money on trying to make money online. In addition they lose hours and hours of their life looking at their computer screen hoping to find the answers to getting out of debt – fast. When the reality is they are about to get deeper into it.

I know because for many years I have been there and done that. So, if you are among these people, this post is for you.

Why Do People Fail to Make Money Online?

Because they are stepping into deep water that is infested with some pretty serious sharks. Without the proper equipment and preparations they make rather tasty snacks for these sharks.

How Can You Make Money Online?

You can earn money by selling someone elses product.  This is called affiliate marketing.

You can make and sell your own product. This requires a great deal of experience or you already own a store etc…

You can create a website or blog and sell advertising space. This takes a lot of time and experience as well.

There are more things you can do to make money online but those are the top ways to do it.

The easiest way is to sell someone elses product. There are a great many ways to do this. There are many different opinions on how to approach  affiliate marketing which is where the problem begins. They are far too many ways and far too many programs.

Those are actually not the greatest issues of why people fail. The main reason is because people fall into a sort of “failure to focus” zone. This is the zone where the savvy experienced and financially successful marketers are directing the noobies or rookies. Once they have you in “their” zone, they know you have now become their own personal ATM machine.

They can make cash withdraws from your wallents any time they like.

So, how do you avoid this AMT failure to succeed zone?

You select a program that you feel confident about. You try it. You follow through and you keep track of your progress.

Many of these programs come with a guarantee. If you do your best to follow their plan and you fail, you can request a refund.

So, PLAN to work hard and follow the plan. Do NOT subscribe to a lot of newsletters on how to make money. This will only confuse you.

Do NOT buy any new program or try any new system even if it is suggested even if that is a recommended product from the person you just purchased your new info. product from.

Follow through on the plan or system you just purchased, stick to the plan, and you will either have great success or you will be getting a refund.

And just to clarify. There are a lot of really good programs and the people who sell you those programs usually try and sell you something else. It doesn’t mean they are evil for telling you about a new program. Some of them are in my opinion evil because it is all they do.

What you need to remember is that you are not ready to consider any “other” program until you have fully tried the one you have committed yourself to. And you committed yourself to that product when you purchased it.
